The worst staff I hv ever seen… they are least worried about the reputation of the bank.They insist on closing the bank account rather getting the solution

Indusind Bank Ltd is located on Hitech City Road, Kondapur, Hyderabad. It is located above 10 Pounder Pizzateria. It is located beneath Sano skin and hair clinic. It is located below The Nail Cave. It is also located below Grand 4 Seasons multicuisine restaurant. It is located beside California Burrito Mexican Kitchen restaurant & Naturals Salon. It is well connected through road and it is also accessible through Metro railway service as Raidurg metro railway station is 3km away from here.

Very worst experience. Without intimation they freeze my account. My money was stuck I have to do payments. I tried customer care calling and mailed them but no use no reply from them.

The staff at IndusInd Bank, Avalon Court Kondapur are truly outstanding. From the moment I entered, they were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to guide me through the process, even helping with small details like arranging photocopies and clarifying every step patiently. A special thanks to Priyamvada Shukla ma’am, Deputy Branch Manager, whose professionalism and kindness made the experience smooth and pleasant. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a bank. Highly recommend this branch for their exceptional service!

Hhaha charges the first ever company which charges for the customer service. Can you not even afford for a toll-free number and says that you will provide loans and all . You cannot even provide a toll free number how you will expect the customer want to reach you .So, cheap of you and don't even expect that customers will open accounts from your bank if you do these kind of cheap things .........hahhahahahahhahahhahahahah...,.................
