I have been a Kotak customer for the past 14 years. Earlier, the support for inward remittances was very good. The staff handling inward remittances were responsive—if they missed a call, they would call back and help resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately, the service has declined recently. Whenever I call regarding inward remittances, I am asked to contact Ajay (Maddirala Ajay Kumar). However, he never answers calls or responds to messages. In many cases, the call gets disconnected and there is no callback or response afterward. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially for a long-time customer. Honestly, this kind of service does not even deserve a one-star rating. If this continues for a few more days, I will close my Kotak account and move to another bank. I hope the bank takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer support.
