One of the worst banking experience i have ever had. The staff doesn't have knowledge and cannot guide you properly. Instead of understanding the emergency and properly guiding the customer they try and avoid the issue. Instead of addressing the issue they ask us to repeatedly visit the branch again and again.

I gave 5 stars from reverse order. It’s the worst customer service bank. At least sbi is much better than them. For a simple statement this guy keeps delaying. When i went to bank, he said he can’t provide me the statement and it will take one day for the process after i filled out the request form. Then after couple days he never send any email or WhatsApp msg. So when i asked he tells me to visit the bank in person because the email didn’t go thru. Whereas i went to sbi for same purpose, they provided me the statement in minutes. These bank employees get paid from our money and they act like they own us.
