There is no bank direct number available to talk and customer service number doesn’t connect you to agent. When i reach the bank they say they don’t accept US visa fee. Clearly US visa website says you can pay at Citibank. Hope this bank sees this review and correct their agreement with US Consulate so that people don’t waste their precious time in traveling all the way to Citibank.

Close to IT Hub area. Has ample space for car parking but shared by KFC just next to the bank. Service is fairly good but not extra ordinary. Staff keep serving other call requests while the customer sitting infront of them. This is not like this is Bangalore. Need to be little more professional at work.

The bank is good but the tellers processing times are extremely slow. Executive taking more than 45 minutes per 2 customers. This is not the case with any private bank in Hyderabad. Extremely disappointed!!
