Great branch for NRI services. Excellent support over email and phone, especially from Sreekala madam who is knowledgeable, responsive, and ensures proper follow-up. Been banking here for over 20 years since the branch opened. They have a range of services with fair fees and excellent service.

I and my whole family has always been a Federal Bank loyalist, their customer management and banking knowledge is excellent. Kukatpally branch in Hyderabad is exceptional, now that they have moved to a newer branch it's even better. The entire branch is welcoming and specially Sreekala has been my go-to person for any banking concerns.
