In the Ashok Nagar IDBI branch, the madam looking after Fixed Deposit is not at all customer friendly and reasonable. It's also observed, even her subordinates are not treated properly.
Very very poor customer service, very bad experience in ashok nagar ,perunkudi branch I had closed my home loan last month 28 , but still now they didnt closed my MOD
Very worst customer care of Ashok nagar branch we closed loan on last month 29 th sep but till now closure documents not yet come every time told waiting for head office to send documents nearly cross half the month for documents take necessary steps to be helpful for NOC.

This building originally belonged to Royal Enfield. IDBI was the institutional lender. When the company went down, IDBI took over the asset. Remember they even tried auctioning it. Then it was converted into their regional office long before IDBI became a bank. As a bank it is just tolerable in service standards.
