Being a retired staff of the Bank, I may be swayed towards the positives more. Moreover, expectations tend to be identified with one's own behaviour when in service. A couple of the staff members are very helpful and proactive in taking care of needs leading to customer delight. The branch is easily reachable. The branch head reaches out to interact. But then when I draw myself to compare with my days, I feel lack of acknowledgement of presence, even after several visits. This could be due to the evolution of interactive behaviour over a period of time. With the raging competition, public relations is going to play a pivotal role in business acquisition. Flight of business goes unnoticed.

I am having account with this Branch since the opening of the Branch. Banking with them is close to my heart. I developed my business, constructed house, went foreign trip and Federal Bank has been very supportive for these. I would strongly recommend Federal Bank for anyone. All the best for the team! !

Banking is very easy, especially the Staff are very responsive! Good Branch management. I have and doing Banking, Locker facility, Deposits, Home loan, NRI banking ... Comparing to leading private banks in India, Federal bank is excellent and this branch and Staff are way ahead for its services!

I received a lot of positive reviews over this federal bank branch from my colleagues and visited last week regarding opening an account. Just spent 10 minutes inside and i was awed with the service. Obviously it had covid safety measures followed perfectly. Maybe i was lucky to meet an employee named Jazmi Prince. I guess. She didn't drag me with stories or rush me off. The information was clear and instructions were perfect. It was all that i needed. Perfect. Will most probably open the account this week. Glad to join hands with federal bank.

Am federal bank customer for like a year now. Though I changed my address I haven't changed my account's branch from vadapalani because of the excellent service provided there. Banking has always been a nightmare to me, but Jasmi, the Assistant Manager of Vadapalani branch was of great help. She was extremely polite and helpful whenever I came with any doubt or question no matter how insigficant it was. I recommend Federal bank for anybody like me who look for easy, comfortable and secure banking.
