ICICI Bank Chennai T Nagar New No ICICI Bank Ltd 40

I happened to avail a Personal Loan BT and was neatly handled by Vishal and RM Mohanraj. I would say both kept their tempo cool and handled my case very professionally. They were very clear what is expected from me and rest fell in place. My sincere thanks to Vishal and Mohanraj for getting this through and I have no hesitation in referring them to my known circle. Wishing them all the very best in their current role and I strongly believe they continue to make the customers happy.

I had been getting atleast 40 to 50 wrong calls daily for the lost more than 4 years from various ICICI call centers for over dues by some unknown ICICI card user. I had personally called on various ICICI Banks and reported this but no one could help me out. Last week when I met Mr Nadeem N Relationship manager ICICI BANK LTD, BAZULLAH ROAD, T.NAGAR, CHENNAI and really he had a great IQ and found out the real problem in this matter. It seems that the ICICI staff at Back End of their office wrongly entered my mobile number which created tortures to me. Atlast after his sincere effort I am not getting the wrong calls since 3 days Kudos to Mr Nadheem

Mr Vishal is patient and kind enough to get my issue resolved at the earliest, he Shows a great enthusiasm to the work he does. Had a smooth service from the Banks side through my loan period. Best wishes

One of the worst branch experiences I’ve had. Since I was out of town, my father visited the branch to foreclose my loan. The staff handling the request was arrogant and did not guide him properly. Very unprofessional behaviour. If customers are treated like this, it’s hard to trust the branch for any loan or account services. Basic courtesy and proper guidance are expected. I dont even want to give 1 star

Had the best experience at this branch. The employees are very friendly and kind. I met a person named Vishal (if I remember correctly) — he helped me a lot to resolve my issues. Really appreciate the excellent service
