The amount I deposited at the BNA machine has still not been credited to my account, and despite filing a complaint, I have received no response. This is not a small amount for me—it is ₹49,500. This amount is very important to me, yet I have received no response from the bank. Emails go unanswered or aren’t even sent, and phone calls aren’t picked up. I am unable to even comprehend this situation. Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I don’t even know what to say

I used to really like this bank. Felt good to have my account here. The people at branch of Darjeeling, where I have my account, are very good and helpful. But I am extremely disappointed with the head office which handles the inward remittances. Firstly, they inform very late, taking their own sweet time, and even after submitting required documents and declarations, the fund is not released citing various protocols. It has put me and my business in delicate position with my clients and vendors many times. I have been waiting for the clearance of my inward remittance for three weeks now. Pathetic! Never open your business account here if you have inbound travel business.
