Federal Bank 1, Bheemasena Garden Ajantha Flyover Royapettah High Road

In my opinion Federal Bank is one of the best bank in India . Main thing is, they are providing excellent customer and Banking service. Regarding This Royapettah Branch, Friendliness is the core component of this Branch Staffs, no matter how difficult the customer is.....🙂

They have excellent customer service. I had been with a public sector bank for almost 12 years, and felt it was time to upgrade when I started my own business, and Federal Bank hasn't failed to live up to any expectations. They have a small branch, but it is very efficient. They attend to you promptly and are quite flexible in terms of your requests. Full props to the manager Mrs Divya and her whole team! We've been very comfortable with Fed Bank to the point that all 4 members of our family have accounts there now.

Ok this is the updated review after what I posted a couple of days before which you can see below. After contacting them via the email ID from their reply I got my issue resolved. Looks like their telephone number is not working and so they are unaware about our phone calls. Thank you for your quick response. Have made the preclosure payment and shared the receipt too to the email ID and now waiting for your reply about an update on NOC. Staffs are humble, but nobody responds to calls or emails. I have been trying to reach them to pre-close the car loan for the past 3 days, even sent out a request mail to them as guided by them when I visited the bank couple of months ago. Still no response.

I'm really greatful to each and every staff in this Royapetta Branch viz Ms. Divya, Ms. Vidhya, Ms. Keerthana, Ms. Akshaya, Ms. Sreelatha, Mr. Anand, Mr. Narendran, Mr. Shankar tor their wonderful service to me and every customers. I have been acquainted with this branch for the past 25 years. Thanks a lot to each and every one of them.

The staffs are so helpful and polite. I have visited multiple times on there branch. Being a trivian I have visited several branches in my town I have never faced any troubles, I think federal bank employees are so customer friendly compared to Error(Comparison Banks Not Found)
