This bank is highly non co operative. And as RBI has never made any death claim department, the banks always take it as the least priority work. This branch made many excuses and mentioned many formalities for the document submission. And finally was able to submit by Feb 2023. Till this date they gave excuses saying the home manager, AGM and senior officer who had to deal this were leaving. Now they are not sure of the forms and new people are just giving new excuses. Always get an acknowledgement, I was not given. But it is better not to submit at all as they will magically disappear your request and blame you as you have no proof. I would sincerely request for such misbehaving bank staff to be bared , so a actually working person would get job. And people can expect decent banking experience. Note: The location is marked opposite side of road. Actually it is near the regional passport office not opposite as shown in map.

No wonder people are clamouring to privatise banks! The private players are keen to give service while these government banks are so callous and flippant that it is unbelievable! And this branch is on another level! Was not able to give zero stars...

It is one among big branches oldest one too.
