Disappointing Experience with IndusInd Bank I recently had a rather disheartening experience with IndusInd Bank, and I feel compelled to share my perspective on the matter. I had planned to deposit a substantial amount, starting with 1 lakh, into an FD of 10 lakhs. However, the entire process was marred by inefficiency and poor customer service. Upon entering the bank and expressing my intention to make the deposit, I encountered an employee who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Despite my eagerness to initiate the transaction, I was repeatedly told to come back the next day. This not only wasted my time but also left me frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism. As a potential customer looking to entrust a significant sum with IndusInd Bank, I expected a smoother and more accommodating process. Unfortunately, the experience has left me questioning the efficiency and customer-centric approach of the bank. I believe that such lapses in service can significantly

VERY VERY WORST SERVICE IN THE BANK I AM WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR JUST MOBILE APP BUT NOT RESPONCE.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Ashok Nagar branch. The staff is unprofessional and lacks the necessary knowledge to assist with basic banking queries. Despite visiting the branch for assistance, I was not provided with any helpful information or support. The staff seems disinterested in addressing customer concerns, making the entire experience frustrating and unproductive. I hope the bank takes immediate steps to improve staff training and customer service at this branch, as it currently does not meet expectations. Very poor service overall.

Actually, i don't want to give any star. It's a worst worst..... Customer care and they will not give proper response to the customers. They taken money from my account around 1300 like 660rs nd 591rs within an hour. I've called customer care but they didn't give proper explanation why their taken. My account is a zero balance account. I'm getting salary this account from past 2 years. Why taken money from my account this month I don't know. Yearly once their taking for debit card and maintenance then why now taken? Actually I need amount urgently but their taken what should I do?

In India's indusind Bank one of the worst Branch in Chennai Ashok Nagar.. Manager(Selvam) he told am the manager and all . He doesn't know about anything about balance transaction and charges details.. he's asking him nearby siting colleagues and explaining.. Ashok nagar ATM mechine showing my balance correctly.. he's is telling different amounts and ordering me to go my hometown branch or call customer care.. After that he's not give proper response and behavior also bad. He told clearly other branches customers we not give any kind services.. Chennai IndusInd Bank Ashok Nagar branch will go very very worst branch in India if he(Selvam)continues as a manager...
