Very worst customer service and lack of basic courtesy, and an unwillingness to resolve even the simplest issues made it feel like was being punished for needing assistance. A truly disappointing experience not even deserve single rating.
This is the worst bank I have ever experienced in India. The customer support staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was extremely unhelpful and spoke in a rude and harsh manner. Very disappointing service.Very very very very very worst bank.
Worst bank service. And customer support is very slow, useless, irritating , disgusting, worst and no word to say.
Like everywhere else, individual experience may vary. My experience led me to close my account and move to the SBI across the street. Everyone here acts like it’s their money you are asking for. Not a customer friendly attitude.
