Worst service provider bank executives knowledge only 50% no experience for foreign remittance transaction just sending customer from 1 counter to another even they don't have passbook stock from last 20 days they had not given me passbook for my account and when I got there for withdrawal they told me they don't have passbook stock now also and told me to get cheque book which is still in courier and not delivered to me after telling still they didn't care and sent me back by saying they can't do anything even after telling it's an hospital emergency and I need to withdrawl the amount and also no guard at bank beegers coming inside the bank and disturbing customer who are withdrawal amount near cash counter you can check cctv of bank of 13 th June 11:30 to 11:54 am footage. Very poor service not satisfied with bank services at all also going to close my current account as well because bank employees don't have any knowledge about ice code and transaction slips and different currency

I wanted a bank statements for US visa appointment, I went to that branch at sharp 3.59pm..The time in Google maps was showing 10am-4:30pm They had already closed all the gates.. And didn't assist me even when I had a very urgent and important work there! Update - Well, yesterday I updated the wrong timing mentioned. It's live already. I went to bank again for bank statement, I've got 3 bank accounts there from my family, they claimed for 700-800₹ Per account statement.. Is there anybody who can explain me how bank statement of just a few pages can cost 700-800 rs?

Worst service ever they always talk with customers rudely and are also not willing to help people with their queries. Service is also bad the employee over there should be changed

There is only one counter open for cash withdrawal and deposit. Other counter is closed so this make waiting of hours.

Staff is very rude. They don't respond to your calls..
