Today I went to this branch. And it's worst experience I ever had. The people who work here is very rude. I went here with my mother and the employee (female) working here ask my mother go back home I am not doing your work.They think this bank belongs to their Father and will ask u to get out of the branch and don't help you. All people around me facing same behaviour issue. Everyone is even talking about switching bank account from this bank as not any employee in this bank has helping nature towards customer.
Worst facility and services ever i seen in any bank. No proper system,less staff,less counters ,slow process, less space...no proper arrangement at all. Head office should look into this matter seriously.
Very bad behaviour staff. Most harassment staff. My tranjection 10lakh pr month . But support sistem very bad and not supported
Useless bank , not working properly, very lazy staff, It is the worst bank I have ever seen.
Worst staff, no one seems to be serious about the work, only one woman was doing whole work , everything was in chaos
