It’s totally worst experience every time I visit …. I would say if your bank can’t provide any services then please close it or keep any better management…. I continuously visited the bank for a week to convert account into nri … but due to SIR their workers are not available to do that work . Again I visited and requested for transfer my account to Nagpur as I am currently staying there but they don’t have employees for that work too …. Manager told to mail first .. we mail to their bank yet no response. Now I’m in Nagpur and contacting them to transfer account to Nagpur branch . Now they are saying mail is just formality and we should visit branch . In 3-4 days we have to back to our work in Gulf . We were here for annual leave … and wasted whole month for SBI account transfer.. so this is SBI service
Form last 1 month I am going to the bank every second day for passbook but there is no one present on counter no 1 (passbook and cash). The staff said come tomorrow. But Next Day same thing no one available on the counter. And the staff will be saying mam/sir is absent today. This all things constantly happening in the bank. Very Bad Service !
Some employees here need to learn what punctuality and dedication is all about. Rain is not an excuse when your coworker and customer are visiting bank on time. Cool, u have settled government job that doesn't mean you will take it for granted. Respect your customers and respect your job. You are not the one who is driving us. We customers are building you.
I appreciate Management and not have any discipline not supportive employee due to them my college fees get delayed
Very poor service, was standing in more than 2 hours still not getting kyc done, on asking the staff why it's getting too much time they answer in very rude behaviour that go and ask manager.
