Very careless bank for customer they are not bothering about the issue of customer, in 2023 i my mother deposit 02 lac in two FDs later it is found that the FD receipt given to her was fraud, Then i registered complaint to the RBI, after two years she got money return but without interest. Later i knew the fraud was done by the tenure employee of BOM. Who was attending the customer first on form counter. Be aware...
Bank staff is not properly working his taking is not good
customer always stands in queue with Rs 4 to 5 lakh cash in hand. Queues are long and risk is high with cash in hand. But there is no separate queue for key customers. This is a bad experience for us, customers have to wait for half an hour in the name of lunch time. As per RBI rule, employees go one by one during lunch time but the rule is not followed.

Link always failure. All the workers in the bank are lazy and less experience for fd certificate I struggle five days but printing option not available. They are ready to issue by hand writing. This is the bad systeem . Do not visit to bank of maharashtra..
