The staff is arrogant and behaves uneducated. They don't respect their customers and don't value your time as well. Manager don't have work ethics and always roam like its garden and do nothing rather than yawning and sitting. Completely waste of time.
Very arrogant and un-educated staff, who they could not attend or solve your problem in one shot. Just for OTP issue 3-4 times visit even after not solved by bank staff. KYC documents also not found which was submitted one day before. Overcrowded and small space bank.
