This branch calls people saying they have to come to the branch with their aadhaar cards and then once you're there, they try to convince you to have their Pulse credit card. The woman who speaks on the call is very pushy/shady and will not tell you exactly why you're being called in the first place. Seems like a scam. To everyone, I will suggest choosing another SBI branch. @manager of this branch, if you read this, please pay attention to your staff. Your staff is just ruining your branch's reputation.
I must say the customer executive and bank officials are really professional and handle many queries of customers very calmly. As uswal I thought opening an account might be long and tidious in SBI but belive me they opened 2 account in single day. Also for any special quereis they not making or start saying rules of the banks. Almost all employees there are much professional and I was extremly happy post service too.
Staff behavior is good.But speed of process is very slow .when private banks proceed gold loan in 1 hour ,this sbi branch take a whole day. Need to do work with speedily.
