Worst bank, they will regret you with their service. You will have to visit multiple times for simple 1 time work, because they never state complete documents needed (one-by-one).Also for passbook I have to visit mini bank where they say passbook barcode is not-active visit Main branch. In main branch they say barcode is active check in the Entry machine, now the entry machine is not working we have to visit Mini bank for entry, where same process repeat. Also, for kyc we have to fill the kyc form from bank and visit another place to submit and complete the work (not same bank).
I’ve visited SBI Dighori Road Branch three times for a simple, routine task—just to attach 3 Xerox copies to my account. What should’ve taken 10 minutes has turned into a multi-day nightmare. Every time, the counter I needed was closed—either due to lunch breaks, the official being “unavailable”, or just pure negligence. Today was the last straw: after standing in line again, I was told the counter is shut because the staff member is having lunch. Meanwhile, I was running around on an empty stomach, fueled only by tea and frustration. But what makes it worse? The rude, arrogant behavior of the staff. No greetings, no guidance, no basic courtesy. If you ask for help, you're met with blank stares, sarcastic replies, or just told to "come later" like your time means nothing. It's not just incompetence—it’s a lack of basic human decency. This branch treats customers as nuisances, not people. They really provide a good service. This branch is crowded but it is managed in a good way. One arm guard is there as well. Staff members are polite and generous and they do really care about their customers. I got a very good service here and always got my work done in a sophisticated way.
worst bank worst employes and manager is The angry man made many requests to freeze the money in my account but no one listened. The abuse deserves to be heard because RBI has kept the banks open to save their face. This bank is of no use and not only this, all its branches are like this.
I'm not trusting on this bank anymore. I'll change my bank. Thank you🙏
