Dukhan Bank No 310, Building No 145 Number 48 St

Unbelievably unprofessional people. I have been coming to this brunch for 3 times to open a credit card and I have been waiting there for hours. After spending my time, money for taxi and all they just told me that my nationality is not eligible for that. After 3 times… of coming. Also be informed that the agent saw my ID during the second visit and didn’t say anything. The complain to the ministry of consumer rights will be submitted

shouldnt even get 1 star. its not the frustration its the VIP culture...and moreover the waiting time is so long that you end up going back to home....Irrespective you come early morning(my 3rd visit here)you will wait for more than an hour.... If you are applying for any kind of letter;a considerate advice ask them the procedure,docs required as the staff is so useless and will not say anything and no notification will be sent to your registered mobile number and the defend itself by asking why you didn't crosscheck.. Note:- Do not go for this bank ever.

Waited over an hour for bank statements. If you have an option to go for another bank do it. It’s my second time requesting for the statement first time was waiting for 2 hours 🫠

Extremely poor customer service experience at Dukhan Bank, Qatar Airways Tower 2 branch. The representative at Cabin #05 was rude, uncooperative, and behaved in a discriminatory manner. There was no professionalism or willingness to help.

I thought I’ll finish quickly because we were just 3 waiting. Still ended up waited for almost 2 hours. Good job Dukhan!
