This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. My credit card was closed on January 8, 2025, and I was assured that all settlements and refunds would be processed within 45 days of the card closure. However, it has now been over 60 days, and I am still waiting for my refund. Despite numerous calls to the call center and multiple emails, the response from the staff remains the same, We will get back to you once we receive a response from our team. I have no idea which team they are referring to—perhaps they are still in the process of hiring, training, and preparing this team before they can even begin to address my issue. It’s ironic how quickly they reach out when they want to offer a credit card or loan, calling relentlessly to push their services. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Quite nice experience Not much crowded to the ATM. Yes, ofcoz there is cheque printing machine also.😇

Went to collect my dividends and it is stated in the email that the banking is from 9am to 3pm. I called to verify and no answer. I went at 2:12 only to find out that they closed at 2pm. Got no transactions done amd I excuse myself from office to get nothing. If the information in the email is just correct. So disappointing.

My card stuck in the ATM machine , and not a single employee around to support ! I have to go tomorrow to Bin Omran to get it even I need it now !
