Doha bank card center should have some more facilities. Please provide token who comes first before opening time . It opens at 7:30 am, but who comes between 7:00 am to 7:30 am need to wait outside. So giving token will help us. Also please provide some seating facilities for people who come before opening time. Timing also need to adjust to help customers. My duty is at 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Card center opens 7:30 am and close at 5:00 pm with lunch break. How can I collect my card . Friday and Saturday is your off days. So adjust the time to 7:00 am to 9:00 pm with required break. QNB is doing that

Working Hours of this card center is not customer friendly they should have evening hours or like other bank Doha bank should have card printing facility or send card through Qpost . parking is also issue it's difficult to find parking around the building As Doha bank customer no choice I have come here to collect card

Yesterday I went C_ring road Doha bank. I have D_pay salary card and I need transactional record for my personal use. They told me if your company send us an email then we will provide. May I ask it's my salary card and I need transactional record for my personal use, why company send an email to you.

Worst service. Other banks offer the option to print your card directly from their machines 24/7. Here, you have to visit a specific branch during their working hours, wait for your turn, and there's not even ample space to sit and wait. Worst customer service process!

You have to spend at least hours for collecting your card. Doha Bank is getting worse day by day. Hardly you will find DOHA bank ATMs within Qatar
