This branch is a fresh addition to the city’s banking network, and it has been designed with modern facilities to meet the needs of both individuals and businesses. The first thing that stands out is the location. Being on C-Ring Road, it is extremely accessible whether you are driving or using public transport. The signage is clear, the branch is easy to spot, and there is decent space in the surrounding area for parking and quick stops. For a busy road like C-Ring, this convenience is a big plus. When it comes to facilities, the branch is equipped with the latest banking technology. The highlight for me was the Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and cash/cheque deposit ATMs, which are available right at the entrance. Very accommodating staff. No long queue. Arrived at 744 am and completed the transaction by 815 am. All the staff are accommodating, from the security personnel to the desk officers. I would like to thank Mr.Mohammad Mushtaq. If not for him I would have transferred to another bank. He gave me options, processed my loan application and got it approved. Worst Doha Bank Branch Experience so far. I don't know if there are enough staffs to accommodate Customer Service Concerns. Got the ticket @ 11:51 am , and for more than 45 minutes even not a single customer service ticket was called. It was so much disappointing.. I've been to other branches of Doha bank and the operations and etc was smooth. Unlike for this branch.

I am just so fed up with Doha Bank. Worst bank as for my experience.
