Amazing service from Commercial Bank! They helped me open my account very quickly—no long waiting time at all. The staff are extremely friendly and supportive. I highly recommend the Hilal branch. If you ever face any issue, you can speak to the manager and they will genuinely help you. A special thanks to Miss Sadaf for being very supportive and cooperative, and appreciation to the account-opening officer for his excellent behavior and assistance.

Update 18 Jan: Changing from 3 to 5 stars. Got call from bank stating they are looking into the feedbacks. If they can change the managing system to reduce wait time and clarifying document requirement, it will be great. 14 Jan Positives: Shoutout to guard at Hilal Branch and Counter No. 8 Mr. Houssem. On the first day I visited, the guard helped me with information on which documents are required to open the account. Mr Houssem helped me in the account opening. Negatives: I had to waste 4 days and total of 8 hours of my life just to open an account. People who are reading this can save time by please ensuring the below (this should be CBQ responsibility not mine): 1. Ensure the salary certificate is in proper format and it has both signature and stamp of your office. 2. Ensure the signature is same as the office authority person's QID. Even slight variations are rejected. 3. Also ensure the stamp is in fully inked and not missing any part. 4. Your salary certificate should have: QID

I had a smooth and positive experience opening an account at Commercial Bank Qatar. The staff at Counter 7 were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. They explained all the requirements clearly and completed the account opening efficiently without unnecessary delays. Excellent customer service and a well-organized branch. Highly recommended.

Salary isnt coming on time, and now all my cheques are bouncing saying they are altered even though there was no issues for several years!!! And I have written all of my cheques myself. If youre bank is uncapable of providing basic services, time to check for another bank.

11 FEB 26, Counter 12 1 st floor. Very poor customer service. Other than opening an account they will not care. No queue management. The staff don’t know how to talk. While asking doubt about bank process The staff literally saying a customer ‘ check with your Family’ this is an Insult. If your staff doesn’t want to work you sort it out but they don’t have rights to abuse customers. Shameless staff.
