QIIB bank in general and this branch in particular is really a test of nerves. For a bank statement I kept waiting for 2.5 hrs. They are not much concerned how many people are waiting. Evening banking has few staff and they are also not much bothered. If you have choice do not open account here also avoid this branch
Very long waiting time and rude employees. They don’t respect you. I don’t recommend at all.
Extremely slow, I came here 3-4 times for a simple job, my token never comes despite waiting 2-3 hours each time. I had to give up eventually. And it’s not because of the rush, they serve very less customers.
The Guy in counter 5 today is not approachable and He is choosing different person/number to call on line. We are only 3 person here and it takes 1hr. 🤣 most chatting than a service.
From Beginning QIIB customer services really bad. Today I have taken token at 10:41 am and 0 customer waiting. Now 11:24 am … still waiting… it’s more than half an hour… not getting the service when 0 customers waiting….. Very Bad customer Service… They don’t care customer’s time… Some time some other QIIB branch take Half day to give the service….
