Peace be upon you. I have a complaint regarding the Commercial District branch. After I paid off the remaining loan amount two years early, a deduction was made from my salary in November 2024. It hasn't been refunded yet, and every time I go, they say it will be transferred today or within two days. Today I contacted them again, and it turns out the money is still at the branch and hasn't been transferred to the main bank or returned to me. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Hello, good evening. I have a complaint. I applied for project funding. It's been about seven months now, and every time I receive a rejection message due to the guarantor or something else, because the guarantor's creditworthiness is low, even though his basic salary is around 2000 riyals and he has deductions, leaving him with about 1400 riyals. So how is his creditworthiness (E)? It's unfair. I rented a place before submitting the application, and this is one of the bank's conditions. So now, if my application is rejected, who will pay the rent for the past seven months? In the end, you're only going to receive 75 riyals every month, so why all the delays?
