Very bad service. I mean due to an emergency I’m calling during the working hours on the helpline center and constantly my call is being cut or pick up and cut. I have not received my money. My online banking is having some glitch have tried to fix it by going the office couple of times too. I don’t even want to give that 1 star

Never have i in my life been this frustrated. The machine doesn't work, so when I ask the manager what to do he tells me to grab a number and sit down. However the number does not matter since anyone who jumps first gets their services. The number is a facade . After half an hour they tell me I should go to the machine which I went to before and that now they fixed it. And now I have 10 people in front of me. Considering switching to bank muscat. احسن اسوي بطاقه مع بنك مسقط

Rude behaviour from the staff. High Discrimination. Treating expacts in a very bad way. One of my cheque was missing from the bank and they don't even know where it is. Even complained to the assistant managerin CBD Branch, she is not even ready to listen what we want to say!! I am person who travelled to lot of countries, but not expected this kind of behaviour from these staffs in my entire life experience. I hope they will put some review facility for each staff, that may change the way they are treating.

They have token system but doesn’t follow that. Bank executives selects visitors randomly and serves. Just to collect a cheque book, it took me 45 minutes.

Worst customer service ever made me wait 1 hour And then told me your at wrong place go to other counter and cdm doesn’t works machine wil always have some issues and the staffs just keep on shouting to each other just threw the card in bin
