The teler services are the worst Ive ever seen in Oman. The employees take 3x the time of what any other banks take for almost every task. But the interiors and atm/cdm service is great and employees are polite.

Thay people don't want to work I am here to open an account simple saving account i already do it online 1000 of time at anyalaqa app but there some problem i call on help line thay told to visit the branch so when i visit the branch the lady on counter number 5 told me to bring salary certificate rent agreement Electricity bill & passport she was assuming i don't have but i have all documents in pdf but now she told me to I want original i told her yes this is orignal but she don't want to do work thats it so this the poor service and management than You people told us for omanization but mostly omani people which i judge don't want to work so than how we people (expat) give them a job howwww thay don't work so the moral of the story Very bad service so i choose another bank thats it

Relative to Bank Muscat, Dhofar is doing a much better job. This branch is mostly empty, but still takes good amount of time to process anything.

Bank dhofar was a good bank but nowadays service is delay. I have moved to NBO and found this is the best bank with the quality service and great offers everytime. Easy process and helpful system. They're open everyday till night in airport.
