Very Very poor Customer Service.Taking too much time from Teller Service.If we ask them something they just argue & make things complicated...Not at all Recommended!
Consistently poor operations, mainly in the handling of cheques department (4-5 days processing minimum) ... the bank is consistently understaffed and the constant turnover over within the branch makes it harder to find a point of communication.
Very poor service from Teller department. Too much time taking for one customer.
The service has been consistently poor. Cheque clearing and remittance requests are taking over 2-3 days to process. This isn't the first time—it's the fourth. When we approach the bank, the response is inadequate, particularly at this branch. We're now questioning why we resumed operations with this branch after a previous hiatus.
