"I visited the Doha Bank, Al Mirqab Al Jadeed branch today and faced significant issues. The service was highly unsatisfactory, and a staff member, named ABDULRAHMAN , behaved very rudely when I requested a cheque book. The overall experience was extremely disappointing."

On the 27.03.2025 at 16:02PM, I made few cash deposits. One of the cash deposit did not reflect in my account. I then called the bank and spoke to Ryan and explained my situation. As I was unsure of the amount I calculated the money I had and called again and spoke to Ryan ( Filipino national). I then confirmed to him the amount. He told me that the money will reflect in my account in 7 working days. Considering it was Eid holidays. I called the bank numerous times and I was told one day the money will reflect. On 6 April, I called the bank and the agent confirmed the amount and that the money was found and it will take 24 hrs to reflect in my account. Still nothing. On 13 April the money was deposited but was short 6100QR less than the amount confirmed by the bank official. I’m yet to receive any assistance from the bank. I believe they have records. Why was I scammed 6100QR. There is no integrity from the bank officials. Totally unacceptable.

Worst bank and branch by far. Had money transferred to my bank account abroad to the one in Doha bank and they have decided to reject the transaction and to send the money bank.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support from your bank. I have repeatedly requested a Bank Clearance Certificate, which is a critical requirement for my documentation. Despite clearly outlining my needs, your team insists that I don’t require this certificate, which is causing unnecessary delays in my process. I have also tried contacting your customer service multiple times and waited on the line for almost an hour, with no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

Waiting time for customer services takes a long time, over an hour, only two staff member serving customers Spoke to the manager. He's polite but unhelpful. There are plenty of cashier staff that can be relocated to the customer service desk. Bay all mean, something has to be done, and yet the manager doesn't seem to be bothered with it.
