Almost 3 months ago, I have visited CBQ New Salata branch to open my saving account, I have carried all the required documents. After taking token I waited for 30 minutes then I got my turn for Counter Number 13 around 1: 30 pm to 1:45 pm. The staff at the counter 13 seems to be from Subcontinental region. After checking my documents he said that my profession [ Sales Supervisor] in QID is not logical and related to my industry (service industry). He has rejected my application. I have made a appeal to another staff and he also told me same. He should know that even in the Service Industry Sales Supervisor is required. He should search in google regarding that. How come CBQ staff does not know about this? My advise to him, don't give tough time to the customers. And try to assist customer in possible way. Don't reject someone application just because of invalid reasons. Allah has given you that post to work in such a great bank of Qatar, be humble, honest and helpful.

This CBQ branch is the only branch that release vehicle loan clearance and mortgage release.. the opening is 11am -6pm.. i came at 4pm and i was told to go back tomorrow morning as the finance department personel have already left. How come the bank is open till 6pm yet the personel are no longer around. The day prior to the visit i have called the cbq customer service and we are instructed to come any time between 11am-6pm.. we follwed the instruction yet we expereince this inconvenience. If there is zero star i would have given a zero star for the senseless experience.

Poor customer service.Never find ways to help the customer to make the transaction faster.No info that changes will happen, they will inform you right at the moment when you badly needed to encash..Take note that I have an appointment at 3:40 and no customers ahead of me and yet I was accommodated just to be upset that I can just make another appointment for tomorrow just because personal account is no longer allowed when I have company account which Iam always using for more than 5months!!!!

Worst experience Waiting time too much...2-3 hours. This is crazy literally. All the staff are too slow, Lazy and they don't care about the Customer waiting for ages....!

After getting online Appointments, mostly you have to wait for it for 7 days minimum, also after coming to the branch you have to wait minimum 45 minutes to be served while you have exact appointment time and date too much time wastage and no action taken This happened for me minimum 5 times in row
