Very rude unprofessional stuff without any responsibility. And the worst technical support is Mobilebanking. Never ask for Junior ATM card or install the junior app, that the bank advertise, you will loose your money for it without proper service. Since more than one month trying to use the card and the account over the application without any success. Not possible even to log in the application, and money that was sent to child s account, not possible to use without it or even to withdraw it or pay by card, because money is in account that you cant reach as nobody helping in the bank with their app which always gives error for any action. All the calls to technical support finished by talk that they call you back but nobody calling you back, in the branch nobody even talks to you with respect. So just dont ask about this service, you loose your money and time
