My experience with CBQ was disappointing. When you take a loan or credit card, there are many deductions and extra charges that are not clearly explained at the beginning. The fees and commissions are very high compared to other banks. I recommend customers to read all the terms carefully before taking any loan or credit card from this bank.

I did online transaction and the money was deducted from my account but the receiver didn't receive the money. I went to the bank I showed them the all evidence that the money didn't reach the final destination. Commercial bank until doesn't know how to assist me regarding this, there's a lady in this branch I don't wanna mention her name, she was extremely unprofessional with me, rude, no ethics I never experienced any treatment like this before. I would strongly suggest people get a proper training how to speak to a client, how to solve situation. There's no secure online transaction with Commercial bank, I'm extremely disappointed with lack of communication, manners and ethics. This is not how you run a business.

I opened a bank account with your institution for my salary transfer. Since my company is newly established, I submitted all required documents during the account opening process. A few days after opening the account, I received my credit card along with a message stating that the card could be activated after one month. However, even after waiting four months, I am still unable to activate my credit card. I contacted the staff member who assisted me during the account opening several times by email, but I have not received any response. Because of this, I recently visited your City Center branch to request help with activating my credit card. Unfortunately, I was told that I must submit all the same documents again, including my salary certificate and computer card. I am very disappointed, especially since all of these documents were already provided when I opened my account. I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this issue and activating my credit card without fu

The security guard, Customer service staff, manager and the one in the cashier (cash payments) are all so warm and polite, and they addressed my concern very well. I came today, December 1st, at 6pm. I just want to say thank you and all the best to you all. ☺️
