Never go to this branch. They keep u waiting for hours and wont give any proper response. They wont treat u unless you're a vip. waited for 4 hours and now going back without solving my issue. Third day coming to get my job done but i'm just goin to give up on my case.

should be zero, worst experience, most of time they are on phone, for 1 customer i have to wait more than 1 hour. i took short leave from office z7 went to the branch & came with empty hands. kindly don't visit the branch. wallahi worst of worst branch.

As a Prestige Client and a customer for the past 15 years, had a very bad experience with the respective Teller, who was not ready to assist or help with a transfer query. Not Recommended!!

I had multiple bad experiences from Dukhan Bank: When I had to get a new credit card last year, to replace the credit card this month, and to increase the credit limit now. The call center agents were not giving the correct or consistent information. Different persons said different thing, which caused me money and a lot of time wasted. Also at the Al Saad branch, the receptionist seemed to always be busy with her phone, and the security guard was always seen grumpy and condescending. The service could be barely done in this branch, even the credit card printing machine was inserviceable.

Worst customer service experience. The staff were extremely slow, and I had to wait for hours just to be served. When I went to open a savings account, I was surprised to be told that salary transfer is required, which makes no sense for a savings account. Very disappointing.
