Kindly check the ATM machine, got stuck after i inserted the Card. Unable to cancel transaction as well. Call the customer service told they will send the card via Qpost after 7 days. Or i can replace the card in a branch with the cost of 50/-. Kindly fix the machine and don’t put the customers in trouble.

i want to express my extreme frustration with the online company account setup process on your website. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete disaster. Firstly, I attempted to open a company account online, but the application process was unresponsive. I encountered repeated errors or delays, making it impossible to complete the application. Secondly, when I contacted your customer care team for assistance, they seemed to have no knowledge about the online banking platform. This lack of understanding from your support staff further compounded the issue.

Lame & inefficient customer service, i called and asked whether i can “change name” on my credit card because i have some approval issues, they give the wrong information and instructions and asked me to do it online inside the application, and after i did the request online, eventually the officer said it was my fault after they charged me QAR100, for the card replacement without changing the name on the card. I called again asked why the name wasn’t changed?, she asked me to do it again and will charge me another QAR100. What a lame, pointless , useless services. I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS THE PURPOSE THEY PUT “REASON COLUMN” in the replacement card section inside the apps.
