Doha Bank - City Center Branch City Center, Convention Center Street, Street Number 850, Zone Number 61 Building Number 85 Doha Zone 61

I had a very poor experience in this doha bank city center branch today. I came there to just collect my atm card. I got my ticket 6:38PM, and there were only 5 customers ahead of me. I waited for more than 1 hour just to get this card, but still my ticket was not called. More than 20 other customers came and finished their transactions. When I arrived, the number on queue was E-012, I am E-013. They kept calling in different numbers, I was still there waiting until I lost my patience and asked the manager why it takes so much time just to collect the atm card. I gave him the ticket and told him that I am gonna close that savings account instead of collecting the card. He said he will call my ticket number but they called in E-014 instead. In short, I waited for an hour and they just skipped my ticket number. I have never had this experience in Commercial Bank Qatar. For sure I will not recommend this Doha Bank to all my friends. Just sharing my experience with you guys.

I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with the Doha Bank branch at City Center Mall. On several occasions, I visited to request a bank statement, but every time I was told the manager wasn’t available to sign it. I had to come back again and again, which is very inconvenient when I have other commitments. Today, the same thing happened. The customer service representative at counter 5 (Filipino) showed a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. After deducting the fee for my bank statement, he told me I would need to come back later. I explained that I needed it today since I have other things to do and an early morning flight tomorrow — but he acted as if my time didn’t matter. I was left waiting with no proper assistance. When I followed up, he told me to talk to the deputy manager, showing no willingness to resolve the issue himself. When I approached the manager to explain the situation, she responded rudely and told me I could go to another branch if I wasn’t hap

Bad story. Im waiting for 1 hours, when my queue number called, someone already in counter 8 and she said to me to wait. She said I have missed it. How come ? She suggest me to wait. Oke then After waiting for 30 minutes. She come to me and told me to take another queue number. This is ridiculous.

I went through the procedure to open an account. It was a most troublesome experience. Besides 3 different people telling me different things regarding paper work to bring, which resulted me to come by 3 times and waste a lot of time, one of the managers was condescending and unpleasant and shared misinformation about the time I had to provide other forms. They also made 2 mistakes with my paperwork, delaying the process even further. I've decided to not continue with Doha bank. They clearly do not have their act together at this branch. I do not recommend going there. Also the bank always replies with their standard message saying hey are saddened to see you had a bad experience and refer you to their website. Clearly they are not taking actions to complaints.

If there is o rating I will go for 0.. even one star is more for the bank@ city center branch. worst customer service.. After waiting 40mins.. just requested them that I have new born at home could u look in to my work.. they r simply asking me to wait without consideration.. Deputy branch manger is like we have only one staff.. why can’t u hire more staff.. if u can’t hire why u open bank ..
