Very bad Corporate customer service (29/01/2026) Mr Y he’s refusing always to do anything for customer especially who’s not VIP we have experience before with him also from salwa branch and grand Hamad he just avoid the people for a small reason what he can fix it.. after we wait our turn more than two hours 😐
I went to the city center branch because my bank card was stolen and they kept me waiting for 2 hours and when my turn came they told me to wait a little longer and 3 people took over and did not handle my business. The company department is behaving very badly.
Worst customer service. I opened the savings account through app and visited the branch for documents verification. The lady checked all the documents and sent me to the Manager. The manager said you will have to transfer your salary here and cannot open savings account. Unfortunately he knew only 5 words of English
Staff is very friendly. The managers are very patient and explain everything in detail in the city center branch. Thank you guys!
