Pathetic bank in Qatar. Don't ever think to open account in this bank. I had salary account with them with no liability and decided to switch to other bank because of their pathetic services and unprofessional behavior, and they intentionally delayed my clearance letter for two months. Then, someone suggested me to complain in consumer court and Qatar central bank. I warned bank manager I am going to do this and within 2 days they gave me letter. Shame on you. There isn't any option for zero star otherwise I would have selected that one.

Unprofessional, bad customer service, they delayed me for a month going back and forth to issue papers required for switching to another bank. And even after a month i discovered that the manager didn't even send the application to headquarters. I raised many complains through qib call center so that they finally gave me the papers. And guess what it was just the papers just needs to be printed and the manager signature but he just kept delaying me for over a month.

The TELLERS staff dose not corporates when I decided to withdraw cheques that was deposited recently . I asked them if there is any fees I am suppose to be aware of ? The staff said yes , I asked them how much he said he don’t know .And then he referred to his partner and then he did not response . First ، the employee must respond promptly to the customer with accurate information and train them properly. Another problem I faced is that I deposited cheques with a year ago. The cheques are dropped on a monthly basis in my account . My cheques was not deposited in the month of 1/12/2024 .when I contacted the branch , they told me to contact the call center. And the call center informed me to refer to the branch since 3 days I am waiting the cheque to be deposited into my account . No commitment or sophistication in dealing , and I will transfer my account and loan to another bank.

The arrogance and lack of customer service from the gentleman behind the counter was shocking. No “Hello”, no smile, no interaction, nothing! All that happened after nearly 2 hours of waiting. You definitely lost me as a customer!
