Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable experience. Closing the branch from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM in a vital and busy area causes unnecessary disruption to customers’ transactions, especially for those with strict working hours. In addition, the way entry is managed by the security staff lacks professionalism and the calm approach expected in a banking institution, as customers are directed in an inappropriate manner that does not reflect proper customer service standards. Moreover, the absence of a clear queue management system leads to disputes among customers due to the lack of order, which is embarrassing and unacceptable inside a bank branch. We hope the management will reconsider the operating hours and improve the organization and customer handling standards to reflect the level expected from a bank operating in an advanced market like Qatar.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Mohammad Yazan Al Hnish, Customer Service Advisor at the Commercial Bank City Center branch, for his outstanding support and professionalism. He assisted me in opening my account, took the time to clearly explain the bank’s services, and efficiently resolved an issue I encountered. I truly value his patience, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Additionally, I would like to thank the branch for the thoughtful small gifts, which added a very nice personal touch to my experience. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service provided and would gladly recommend Commercial Bank to other.

Went tonight in the 13/01/2026 in the banks branch and assisted by counter 6 & 9 apologies as have not gotten their names. But they were really helpful to the extent of doing their best to provide me what I had requested for. Had a great experience today at Commercial Bank City Centre. Opened a new Qatari bank account and Phenyo made it such a great and easy experience. Thank you again for helping me get set up correctly and for being so patient!

Every person tells you differently. Took 6 weeks to close an account and open a new one with my wife, then her name is spelled wrong when we print checks. Every branch works different hours, and does different services.. seems like a 1st grade child organizes their business. Staff act so glorious in their fancy suits and don't have any care about getting things right. Had to return to the bank many times because they didn't finish the job they start.. like missing signatures, not attaching my phone number to the account etcetera
