Barwa WPS branch, All employees are worst than the other from security till card collection person. No clarity in advises. Very arrogant and Rude behaviour from morning Indian customer representative.

I know these reviews don’t gonna be affected them.I have also a very bad experience from there as usual. Once i’m visited there for open a bank account,the staff including the securities also don’t even look at face,very disrespectful and very rude behavior, I know they are facing so many problems and dealing with uneducated people also. i know the struggle. at least they should have some manners.In the counter one guy.he said me to open in online. it mean open in their monile application. but the app clearly showing visit any nearest branch.also i’m called their customer service.i explained the issue. they also saying talk to the counter or any staff he will help you.but unfortunately im not a Arab .they will only corporate with Arabs …ashamed of the service. didn’t experienced like this in my life.most bad banking service ever.

Visited QIB for WPS registration. After submitting the documents, Mr. Amal informed me that it would take two days to receive the SMS. Thankfully, I received it on the same day. I suggest increasing staff to help reduce waiting time and make the process smoother and faster.

Very bad service, very bad. When I went to the bank for the first time, they told me that my account is closed, bring all these documents and get them typed on the computer.... The second time I went back, they said that you should do it online, I don't need all these documents now, I have wasted my time... Now when I went for the third time, they said that you should bring all the original documents, which I have the original documents, still they said that now bring the original ID of the sponsor, very dad service, very bad. If we get such service in Qatar, then which bank should we go to?

The worst costumer service ever !! I taught this happened in 3rd world countries only not in Qatar. The guy in counter 2 has no idea what he is doing so he passes me to counter 3, was even worse. He left me waiting for 40 minutes and left for BREAK !! What a mess.
