No stars can rate this bank. I had a very disappointing experience here — one of the filipino teller was extremely unprofessional. What should have been a simple cheque encashment took far longer than necessary because the teller kept finding excuses to delay the process instead of assisting promptly. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially in a professional banking environment. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and works on improving their customer service moving forward.

There is no choice to give 0 stars and hence giving 1 star. Be prepare to spend hours spoiling your evening and weekend plans if you need anything here. Worst bank and worst branch. I am waiting for 1 hour and yet 3 more people to be attended by the agents. Tried escalating this to the bank manager, but of no use as they don't bother about the customers. Moreover, Doha Bank is one bank where you have to visit branches to get things done when all other banks get things done through online or mobile app. There are mobile tokens and SMS notifications in many banks. But nothing here and no value of the time of the customers. I advise for people who have accounts in Doha Bank, better close it and move to other banks at the earliest to avoid these hassles.

Experience Today : took a token to collect my new card, the token number did not appear for a while. After sometime , the security or some office comes to me and asks for the QID and takes it some counter and vanishes. Not Professional. Then I waited patiently till my token number is called and then go the customer service executive to learn that the card is with some one else and they asked me to go out and wait more Previous Experience: came to collect the new card. The customer support staff asks an office boy yo go get the card from somewhere and he returns that there is no card ready yet. I told him that I received a call and message and that the card is here but never listened I went outside made a customer center call and returned back and gave the phone to staff and then they find the card I dont understand the roll of the office Boys .

Don’t visit this branch!!! I just came to collect my ATM card which is already printed, it took over 3 hours. I don’t what the staff is doing. When ask the rude response. I suggest not to waste time in this branch. Visit any other. They take approx 40min per customer. I request authorities to take action and resolve this issue. Just spoiled my time here.

Poor customer service. Reached here and waiting over 45 mins none of the customer service representative called a customer and they are busy doing their own work. And the bank manager shouting to a poor man, and we all can hear what he yells. This bank don’t even deserve one star I visited again today after months Such a disappointing. To do a simple bank letter took me 2hours. There is just one person in the counter for customer service. And such a lazy guy he is even speaking in slow motion. I hope kind say this branch get any better and serve their customers. And he is serving a girl a without any number such a rude guy. He is saying the guard to give a R number / Riyadah number after we ask him about it and the girl go and bringing to number from the guard and then he is calling the R number. Such unfair for others we are waiting. I hope the DB management see our messages one day and take necessary action.
