The entire procedure took only about 20 minutes, and within two hours I received an email confirming that I could print my card. I appreciate the efficient and valuable service provided. If you are also mistreated by the bank, pls speak up. My voice might be small, I'll try to make it heard. Everyone's time and money are valuable. Institutions like banks should be trustworthy, efficient and try to be helpful instead of being arrogant and try to blame the customers or the absent coworker when there are problems. Followed up by a customer service who said he help to check to apply for a new fixed deposit rate and send me email for updates as I was about to travel. Upon returning I didn't receive any update so I come to the bank branch again. Over the counter the staff said it is not possible to help. Why the bank can't align your policy and waste customer's time and energy. Please! Disappointing experience. I asked support from the manager to correct the mistake made by the staff and got blamed that the customer should have reviewed the info. It's the bank's responsibility for disclose related info to the customer if you need me to check. Well, I'll change the bank.

I am extremely disappointed with the way CBQ is managing its evening banking operations. While the bank promotes extended working hours as a service to customers, the reality is completely the opposite. There are hardly any staff members available to assist customers during these evening hours, which makes the entire experience frustrating and counterproductive. The very purpose of keeping the branch open in the evening is to accommodate customers who cannot visit during the day. However, when you walk in after office hours, you are met with long queues, overworked staff, and excessive waiting times. It almost feels like the management has decided that simply keeping the lights on is enough, without actually allocating proper manpower to serve customers efficiently. This shows a lack of planning and complete disregard for the value of customers’ time. Every customer walking into a bank does so because their need is important and sometimes urgent.
