This bank is a complete disappointment. Unprofessional staff, endless delays, and zero respect for customers’ time. Every visit feels like a struggle instead of a service.

When opening a new bank account at QIB’s Grand Hamad branch, they issued me a damaged ATM card. I noticed that the new card was bent and immediately showed it to the bank officer, pointing out the issue. The officer assured me that it was normal and that the card would work. However, when I inserted the card into the bank’s ATM machine, it got stuck inside. I raised a complaint, but the officer told me that my only option was to pay 50 riyals for a new card. With no alternative, I paid the fee and received a replacement. Now, after five years, they have issued me a new ATM card again. While the card allows cash withdrawals, it does not allow me to deposit money. When I raised another complaint, they once again asked for 50 riyals for a new card. I am very disappointed with these practices, as they feel like a scam.

That guy in customer service TABLE 1 refused to finish my work, and he said the system was down. This is extremely unprofessional. Everything normal in bank and other customers getting service but when i came to get money so system went down right away, wow amazing. CLAPPING 👌 👏 👍

The most worst customer service the are not helping at all from the security till the response the not even listen what is your problem just try to send you different branches

Worst service ever, no follow up , no clarity. Manager doesnt cater well, cant even explain properly if Sharia compliant. 0 customer service Sad and sarcastic staff at counter 1 since more than a week
