This branch has a very rude customer service. I have been with a bank since 2008. Finally decided to move out, as customer service has significantly dropped! Incompetent staff, customer service level is extremely poor.
Last Monday I visited Dukhan bank Doha mall branch ,very bad experience in happening in teller counter attitude of staff is like bank owners they behave to me like servants we I am going to withdraw money .on 5th Monday 2026 time 4.56pm voter number 2
