Very disappointed with the service at this branch. One female staff member behaved rudely and was unprofessional. I visited to apply for a credit card, but she refused without proper explanation, even though my salary and overtime are regularly credited to my account. visited several branches of the bank, but none were able to help me and I had to wait a long time. My issue was that my number wasn’t linked to my account. However, Mylene Jeanne assisted me quickly and resolved my problem efficiently. She, along with the security staff at the entrance, provided excellent support. Truly appreciate their help!

I visited Commercial Bank to open a corporate account and was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of one of the customer service representatives (a male Filipino staff member). The entire interaction was filled with cynicism, dismissiveness, and inappropriate laughter. What was most shocking was his complete lack of empathy toward an 80-year-old business owner who was seated beside him. There was no effort to assist us, offer alternatives, or even explain possible solutions. Instead, we were repeatedly told he “couldn’t help,” in a manner that felt mocking rather than respectful. This is not the level of service one expects from a reputable bank. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the branch manager and the security staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helped brighten an otherwise frustrating experience. Worst experience to get anything done ever since the team has been overhauled in 2024. There is no specific appointment type for return cheque collection on the appointment booking page. We had gone in with a teller appointment for the return cheque collection - They would in no way entertain our request to provide the return cheque collection with the existing appointment. They insist that for return cheque collection we need an appointment for customer service - Of which the next available appointment is 8 days away. Like what?!! Right now we are running behind the collection of return cheque for 14 days - Is this a joke? Is this how CBQ expects businesses to run their corporate accounts with them? We will move to other banks in no time. Extremely poor service. If CBQ will not value the time and efforts of customers, Customers will not return.

I am disappointed with the service. When I requested certain documents, I was asked to provide the original QID, which showed an over-reliance on the ID card rather than valuing the person. This approach felt unnecessary and made the service experience unsatisfactory.
