Customer service personnel can be more friendlier. Instead helping the customers to resolve their problems simply diverting them to various counter or even asking customers to go to different branches is not being helpful. Doha Bank staff need to be better trained especially in handling their customers.

I recently visited the branch for a cheque deposit, but was disappointed by the service. The teller at the branch, under the management of Mr. Ali, refused to accept my cheque. Despite being a regular customer and following all the proper procedures, I was told that the bank no longer accepts cheques through the teller service. The lack of communication regarding this policy was frustrating, as I was unaware of such a change. Mr. Ali's response was unhelpful and impersonal, leaving me confused and dissatisfied. I had to seek alternative methods to deposit the cheque, but the experience was unpleasant, to say the least. I hope the bank can improve its communication and customer service. Policies should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid confusion and frustration in the future. I expected better handling of the situation, especially from a manager.
