I would like to bring to your attention an issue we experienced today with the serial system. The staff assigned the serial number; however, the serial did not work at all. Within 45 minutes, not a single customer was called using that same serial. This caused unnecessary waiting and confusion. For example, the serial numbers were like C564, but they were not announced or used properly. Overall, this was very poor customer service and needs immediate attention to avoid similar issues in the future. Please look into this matter and take the necessary corrective action. Thank you.

I visited the Villaggio branch on October 18th at 1:32 PM for a scheduled appointment at 1:40 PM (Token Number: C015). Despite my timely arrival, my number wasn't called until much later. When I left at 2:40 PM, the current token number being served was C010. It appeared that customers with personal connections or references were being prioritized, which I found unacceptable. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and respect for my time. I urge the bank to ensure staff are trained in basic courtesy, queue management, and clear procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope the bank will take necessary steps to improve service quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at villaggio branch.The staff appeared to be unaware of their responsibilities and the processes involved in assisting customers. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with my transaction and despite acknowledging the error, they were unable to resolve the issue. This experience was incredibly frustrating, as I felt my time was wasted, and the lack of professionalism and accountability shown by the team was unacceptable. I would highly advise avoiding this location if you value efficient and reliable service. Worst experience ever !!!!
