I waited for an hour, only to find out that they don’t renew prepaid cards unless you have an account with them — something that was not mentioned anywhere on their website. When I asked the staff why this information wasn’t updated online, the lady at the counter had no answer. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.
Very poor customer service. Atleast 2 hour waiting time.
Now the bank is open for public as per timings. Best thing which bank has done that they opened a gate from outside so, friends no more stopping by security guards due to family time. Really appreciated. Good helpful staff
All staff are friendly and on high standards of experience specifically the meeter greeter
