Too much bad serviceโฆ Waiting 2 hours just to talk reach your queue, and all doha bank branches are the sane not only this branch, I donโt recommend anybody to deal with this bank.
There is no concept of customer service. I am a premium customer but waiting for 1 hour with no one taking care of my issue at all. There were only 2 customers ahead of me when I arrived and until now I have no chance to get my stuff done. Update! Up on complaining the matter to the Bank manager, he immediately resolved the issue. Very kind and helpful man, hats off to him!
